Refunds, Warranty, Exchanges & Cancellations

​Refund Policy

Because each Forever in Gold piece is handcrafted and custom-made to hold your loved one’s ashes, we do not offer refunds.

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Forever in Gold is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages during transit.
For peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout. This insurance covers the cost of lost or damaged packages.
If an issue occurs during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Lifetime Warranty

​

Every Forever in Gold item comes with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues.
Our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage beyond repair (we offer a discount if you wish to repurchase)

  • Chain breakage for necklaces or bracelets (replacement chains available at a discounted price)

  • Incorrect ring size ordered

  • Incorrect material ordered

  • Items lost in the mail

  • Tarnish on gold vermeil pieces

  • Lost items (discount available for repurchase)

  • Color preference changes if no reference image was provided

  • Items not made in-house (including DIY kits, third-party modifications, or stones set by others)

Note: If your item is damaged beyond repair during shipping, we will replace it at no charge.

Exchanges

​

If your order has not shipped, you may exchange your item.
If production has already begun, a restocking fee will apply.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be exchanged.

Cancellations

​

  • If you cancel after sending your inclusions, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.

Repairs & Shipping Costs

​

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back for repair.
