At Forever in Gold, we create meaningful memorial jewelry to honor your loved ones. Here’s how it works:

1. Choose Your Piece – Browse our collection and select the design that speaks to you.

2. Find Your Ring Size – If you’re ordering a ring and don’t know your size, you can visit a local jeweler or use an at-home ring sizer before placing your order.

3. Mailing Your Ashes or Materials – After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions and a secure kit for sending your inclusions (ashes, flowers, or other materials).

4. Crafting Your Jewelry – Once we receive your materials, please allow 6–8 weeks for us to handcraft and deliver your order. Timing may vary based on the design and our current order volume.

FAQ

What materials can you work with?
We work with ashes, flower petals, hair/fur, fabric, sand, soil, or other meaningful inclusions. If you have something special in mind, email us to confirm.

What will my stone look like?
We add a pearl-white powder to ashes to create our signature white memorial stone. Because ash varies in color, your stone’s appearance may be slightly different. Flowers are preserved to keep their natural color as much as possible.

Can I choose a different stone color?
Yes! While many pieces come with white or black stones, you can choose from our popular color options. Just leave a note at checkout with your preferred color.

What if I don’t know my ring size?
You can order a ring sizer online or have your finger measured at a local jeweler. If you order first and size later, let us know—changes after production begins may require a restocking fee.

Can I send multiple inclusions?
Yes. You can send small amounts from multiple sets of ashes, petals, or other materials to be combined in your piece.

Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to change the style or size, contact us within 24 hours of ordering. Changes after production starts may require a restocking fee.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

Do you make custom pieces?
Absolutely—email us with your ideas and we’ll do our best to bring them to life.

How do I care for my jewelry?
You’ll receive a care card with your order. Although our pieces are waterproof, we recommend removing them before swimming or showering to protect the stone. Clean the metal with jewelry cleaner, but avoid soaking the stone.

How long will my order take?
Please allow 3–4 weeks after we receive your materials. Timing depends on the piece, when we receive your inclusions, and our order volume.

What’s your return policy?
Because each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, we’re happy to repair your jewelry if something happens—just contact us.

What metals do you use?
We offer sterling silver, gold vermeil, 14k gold-filled, 10k gold, and 14k gold.

What’s the difference between gold vermeil and gold-filled?

• Gold Vermeil – A layer of gold over sterling silver. More affordable but may fade or tarnish over time.

• Gold-Filled – Contains about 5% real gold bonded to a base metal. More durable and longer-lasting than vermeil.
