Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final once a job has been completed. We do not accept returns or exchanges after fulfillment.

We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our pieces. If you have any concerns about your order upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to address the issue.

Shipping Policy

To ensure the safe and legal delivery of your loved one’s ashes, we require all ashes to be shipped to us via USPS (United States Postal Service). FedEx and UPS do not permit the shipment of ashes under any circumstance.

To make this process seamless and secure, we will provide you with a prepaid, trackable USPS shipping label for sending the ashes to us. Please use the label provided and follow all packing instructions to ensure timely processing.

Once your custom piece is completed, it will be shipped to you via FedEx Overnight with signature confirmation required upon delivery. This ensures your finished memorial jewelry arrives quickly and securely.

Once you place your order, we’ll send you a prepaid, insured FedEx Overnight Kit with everything you need to safely send a small amount of ashes (less than a tablepoon). Your kit includes easy instructions, secure packaging, and peace of mind.
